Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be performed directly through the My Bookings section of your user dashboard.

| More than 24 hours before departure | 10% of base fare | 90% refund |
| Between 12 to 24 hours before departure | 25% of base fare | 75% refund |
| Less than 12 hours before departure | 100% of base fare | No refund |
